Seeking photos and information of two species of Rhaphidophora

I'm trying to locate any information, especially photos, of a species known to science as Rhaphidophora graeffei from Samoa. There is also a second which I had been lead to believe was in the Kew's collection as Rhaphidophora guamensis from Guam but that one does not appear to be scientifically published. If anyone on this forum knows anything about either, I would appreciate the information. Through two seperate third parties I've heard Pete Boyce has worked with both but to this point have not received any response from Pete. I've found several collectors in Hawaii with unknown species and we are trying to learn if any of them may be either of these specimens. You can post a response here or send it directly to me via my website www.ExoticRainforest.com

Thanks a bunch!

Rhaphidophora guamensis P.C. Boyce

Dear Steve,
I'm not sure about pictures, but R. guamensis P.C. Boyce has indeed been published in the Gardens Bulletin Singapore (P.C.Boyce 2001. Gard. Bull. Singapore. 53: 112). I got this reference from the CATE site, if you browse to the species page and then look at the nomenclature tab you should see it.
All the best Simon M

Rhaphidophora due to go onto CATE

All of the current descriptions of Rhaphidophora written by Peter Boyce are due to be released in the next iteration of CATE.

Thanks

I will try to set these up to make the site more user friendly as soon as i can. Please look in again at the site mid-april. As you will notice there is now an interactive list of genus names on the left, i intend to attach an individual forum to each of these and also link any documents and images relating to this to the page you are relocated to when you press the blue cross.
