Keys not displaying properly

If you're having trouble accessing the interactive keys, this might be due to a problem with your Java Plug-in. If you look at the "Java Console" (usually by clicking on the coffee-cup icon in your task bar) whilst trying to open the key, you might get an error message saying something like:

java.lang.NullPointerException
	at sun.plugin2.applet.Plugin2Manager.findAppletJDKLevel(Unknown Source)
	at sun.plugin2.applet.Plugin2Manager.createApplet(Unknown Source)
	at sun.plugin2.applet.Plugin2Manager$AppletExecutionRunnable.run(Unknown Source)
	at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

Or something like:

Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

1. Close all browsers, ensuring that there are no plugin coffee cup icons in the Windows taskbar.
2. Open the Java Control panel (Start->Control Panel->Java).
3. On the General tab, clear cache by clicking Settings..., Delete Files..., OK
4. Refresh the cache in your web browzer and visit the key
