How to ask for Help

If you've got questions about how to use the main CATE-Araceae site, the CATE-Araceae Community site, or if you've encountered a problem or bug, please let us know. If you've got a suggestion for improving the sites, or would like to contribute time or content to improving the CATE-Araceae revision, please get in touch.

The first place to ask is on the forum - we'll check the forum regularly and it might be that your problem has been encountered by another user and a solution exists.

Secondly, you can always get in contact with one of the adminstrators directly.

If you encounter a software bug, especially an error message, please save the entire message, and make a note of the page you're on, the time and date, and what you were doing on the site at the time of the error.
